Online Graduate Programs in Industrial Engineering
2022 Update Regarding COVID-19
In recognition of challenges facing prospective graduate students related to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and the global efforts underway to stop its spread, GRE scores have been waived for admission through fall 2023.
We Are Penn State
Regardless of location.
The Penn State Harold and Inge Marcus Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering proudly offers two online programs for degree-seeking students.
The courses offered online through these programs are the same as the on campus courses, meaning that online students learn from the same world-renowned faculty as on-campus students and have access to Penn State resources such as the library databases, advising, and more. Even better, the diploma will look the same as those earned by students on campus.
These degrees are based on a career-focused curriculum that focuses on the latest industry trends. You can connect with your peers across the program to enhance your personal network and find key similarities.
IME’s online students get the same attention and services as on campus students, like career academic advisers, help-desk support and student support services. Student support services gives students access to a full range of services, including:
- new student orientation
- academic advising
- career counseling resources
- a nationally recognized research library
- technical support
- tutorials
