Merck Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Virtual Information Session
Learn more about what the MLDP has to offer and hear from Penn State alumni currently in the program. BME, CHE, IE, and ME majors.
The MLDP is a three-year program, designed to provide experience in the core work necessary to manufacture and supply Merck’s products. Each employee will have three one-year rotations across the manufacturing division. Throughout the program, a deliberate learning and development plan is applied to supplement the rotational experiences, specifically to fortify professional and leadership skills.
